4150 Notification Error

Please help if you can.

I keep getting a Box popping up on my screen that is titled Notification error. In the box it says "Cannot execute repllog.exe" after I click OK same box comes up with the error "Cannot execute connmgr.exe" I have to click OK multiple times for this error to go away. This only happens when I put the unit on the cradle. This keeps happening, any thoughts?

What did you do to the device that caused the error? Did you install SW??? Have you done the standard stuff: Soft reset, etc...

I have not done anything out of the ordinary it just started to happen. The only aftermarket software I have running is Battery Pack and Journal Bar '04. I have soft reset and it will still happen. When the problem occurs I have to soft reset before it will connect to my computer.
