Please if some body can teach me how to transfer photo to my storage drive in pocket PC ?

Do your PPC has SD/CF slots ?
What kind of memory card that your camera is using ?

Just drag and drop or cut n paste.

Find the photo on your computer and right click on it, select copy....Now open Active Snyc and click on Explore....Click on "My Pocket PC" icon and look for your CF folder....Open it up and navigate to where you wish your photo stored (Usually something like My Documents\Photos)...Now right click and select paste from the menu....The photo will transfer over.
