Both models will fit your needs, however, for future expandability, the H2210 would be the better option. With both CF and SDIO slots, your future expansion is almost limitless. I would lean towards the H2215 or even the H4155 with the built in wireless capability. Just my opinion.

I'll go ahead and add my comments real quick...

The Samsung 266Mhz processor of the 1940 is very fast. It specs out near Intel's 400Mhz Xscale that's in the 2215. You want have a problem with lack of speed.

Here are it's disadvantages...

You've only got one slot (SD SDIO), so if you're wanting to surf the web a lot, you can't have an SD WiFi card and a memory card in the unit at the same time. You can get one of the SD WiFi cards with built in memory, but then your SD card will stick out of the iPAQ, and it's be portable. My guess is that you'll find yourself switching WiFi and memory cards out a lot.

The screen is yellowish if viewed from an angle. This bugged me when I first got mine, but honestly, it doesn't bug me a bit because I hold the iPAQ straight on. The display is great.

It's advantage is it's size. It's wonderfully small and light and I keep in it my pocket.

If you're really wanting to do a lot of WiFi, I'd go with the iPAQ 4150, which is virtually the same size as the 1940, but has built in WiFi. The 2215 is still a little more flexible, with two slots, but I'd rather have the smaller size of the 1940 or 4150.

If you plan on accessing the Internet using wi-fi, then the h2200 might be a better choice. There's only one SD wi-fi card at the moment and it is marketed by SanDisk and Socket. Reviews have indicated that the card offers slow performance and is somewhat limited in range compared to CF cards.

If you're using Bluetooth, then the h1940 will do the job.
