The market must be larger than I though, with units from HP and Socket already on the market. Looks exactly like the Fortuna Clip-on GPS unit. It has both ST and XT modes.

Yup - that's a Fortuna. FANTASTIC GPS, by the way - I just purchased one a few days ago. $225 at semsons.com (http://www.semsons.com/forclipdualm.html).

I am looking to buy my wife a Bluetooth GPS to use with her iPAQ 5455. We live in Southern California. I have read about the Socket, Pharos, Fortuna/Belkin units but can't make up my mind.

Which Bluetooth GPS unit and/or software do you recomend?

Should I buy her a package with the software included or buy the unit and software separately?

Thanks!
