Making a text file from contacts

A while back I used to know a way of making a nicely formatted text file from the list of contacts in my h4150 and then being able to import it into Word. Now I forgot. Anyone that can help??

If you are syncing back to a PC then you can export the content of your conteact list from Outlook pretty easily. Just go to the File menu and choose Import and Export

You should be able to follow it from there
