Vibration on Activesync, 5450

Just got a 5450 and every time it does an activesync, at the start and end, the thing vibrates. This annoys me and draws weird looks from nearby workmates.

How can I disable this?

BTW, Sounds -> notifications, vibration is off for all notification categories.

I don't know if it's the same as a Pocket PC Phone, but if it is... don't keep the volume setting at the "Vibrate" option. Instead, leave it at the lowest "On" setting. No sounds will play, but vibrations that you've specified will vibrate. (If you set it to Mute, even set vibrations won't happen.)

I had it muted at 'vibrate', not at 'off'.
