3870 WM2003 multiple keyboard problem?

I am having a problem getting the ipaq micro keyboard to work properly on my recently upgraded to WM2003 3870. I installed the latest driver from the HP site version 3.04.

I also have a stowaway xt and that seems to work OK with the latest driver.

When I try to use the ipaq micro kb, I enter the setup or options for the kb and there is a check box for enable. Whenever I try to check the box it checks for a second, flashes and goes back to unchecked. Nothing I type appears except for maybe the occassional gibberish ``` sometimes.

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this or knows if there is a conflict between these two keyboard drivers.

Any info would be appreciated.

In case anyone experiences something like this, I seem to have found the solution to the problem I posted. It appears the Stowaway and the ipaq micro Keyboard drivers do conflict. If I go into the settings and disable the Stowaway I can get the micro keyboard driver to work properly. The enable then works 0K and it stays checked and the micro Keyboard works. I didn't check how it works in the other direction.
