Ah, wonderful DNS transfer issues. I once had a domain down for an entire month (Back in Nov. 98 - eventually resolved by faxing network solutions a transfer order). This problem had seemed to go away though, especially with competition between the registrars - customer service has finally become an issue with them.

Argh, talk about a frustrating experience to have to go through... hope I don't have to go through this ever again...
