It is cheaper to buy it out of province in Canada (you do not pay PST) than getting it via ecost. They have some outrageous handling/shipping fees, so the total cost from ecost would be $672.

HandheldCanada has the cheapest overall price for me (living in Ontario). $594.99 + $0 shipping + GST = $636.64.

I'll be placing my order soon.

And do not forget the VISASavings coupon (http://visasavings.ca/visasavings/promos_other.cfm) if you pay with a Canadian VISA card. You can save an additional $35.

DOH! :(

Gave up my Visa a couple years back. It's all MasterCard now. Man that sucks.

I was on HandheldCanada's site browsing around the site, and next thing I know I was entering my CC. My order has been placed. Nothing left to do but wait. 8)

I just ordered a 4155 from Handheld Canada as well. It's a good deal. The 4155 will be segway to PocketPC from the world of Palm. I'm excited, but a little nervous (Old habits die hard)

No one has any negative comments about these guys, I hope. I took the VISA sponsored coupon as an a good sign.

I like them. I purchased my 3650 from them 3 years ago. Never had a problem, and my order for the 4150 went smooth. Too bad I have to wait for them to get it in first. I want it NOW.

Just ordered my 4150 from HandHeldCanada.com.

The waiting is the hardest part but at least I can fill the time looking for a case..

Who can recommend a good one? :?:

I ordered my 4150 in Mid November from HandheldCanada. It's been shipped and should arrive any day now! :multi:

As for a case, I'm sizing up another Vaja. It's only $54 (if I remember right, the site is down while they update it) and then I have the subscirber coupon for an extra $20 off.

Well, my 4150 has arrived from Handheld Canada! The day after I ordered it! :D

Fantastic - I am well and truly impressed with this little machine. Next to my colleague's Axim - really, the Axim looks like such a brick!

The screen is great - the yellow issue is there, but only at about 20 degrees off the vertical - I'm generally looking at it straight on, whether it's in my hand or in the cradle.

Impressed with MP3 playback quality - a noticeable step up from the Axim.

Just have to wait for my Vaja coupon to come through, then I'll be investing in a nice case for it!

Time to go back to playing...

WHAT!!! I sure hope you paid for express shipping.

UPS has this listed under my activity: A NATURAL DISASTER CAUSED THIS DELAY.

Now, it did snow yesterday, but Natural Disaster?!?! I don't think so. I called, and the lady said it should arrive on Thursday (tomorrow). :grumble:

Haha, Back luck Rocket

Sorry, shouldn't laugh...

Yes, I forked out an extra ten bucks for expres shipping. Figured I may as well.

Mine finally arrived today! :!: I'm thinking that next time I won't try and save a couple extra bucks by getting the basic free shipping. I had figured since I pre-ordered and had to wait a couple weeks anyway, whats a couple more days.... I gotta say, those last couple days sucked.

Between Surviour, CSI, Toronto vs. Boston, and the server I have to work on tonight, I don't think I'll get a chance to play with it until tomorrow. :(

Just put my order in today aswell! but what really sucks is when the 4150 does come out in the stores here which should be anytime soon.....it'll probablly be like $499.99 and i'll just kick myself for not waiting. lolz

oh well, hope all goes well

There will always be something cheaper around the corner. It's just the way it is in this industry. The trick, find the best price when you are ready to buy, and don't look at prices after you've purchased.

I'm loving this device. :ppclove: I'll have to let my wife know that she has some competition.

Cool. Here's the link for it: http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&dept=19&WLBS=fsweb8&sku_id=0665000FS10037739&catid=&newdeptid=19

The sale price is good until Jan 1, 04. The problem with most Canadians using FutureShop is that they have a store in most provinces so you will have to pay PST on the device. If you calculate the price with tax and shipping this will still be more expensive then buy out of province. :)
