I do occasionally like to change themes on my today screen. It's nice that it changes the task bar and other aspects to match the theme. On my i700, the Phone app is really the only thing that sticks out like a sore thumb as being part of the OS (and looking like it when the base windows themes are active) but not skinning when I update a today theme or such.
(I think even media player is skinnable, is it not?)
Has anyone seen skins for the Phone utility?
