2215 grips

How do I go about getting the new grips for my IPAQ 2215?

I have had my new grips for a couple of weeks now and while they are the same, at least they look great for the time being. HP was awesome in replacing them quickly and easily.

I concur. Im not sure how long the new ones are going to last, but :clap: to HP for doing a good job for getting them out overnight :D

I just contacted HP via their support chat and it took about 15 minutes to get it all squared away. Kudos to HP for providing great support on this.

Yea...great support...now all they gottah do is make some proper damn grips!!! then maybe we don't have to call support!
