Someone in here at PPCTS recommended Greg Fisher's Mortgage CACL (http://members.optusnet.com.au/~gm_fisher/mortgagecalc_3.htm). It is freeware. I used it when I refinanced my mortgage several months ago. You can get all the numbers you want, then patiently wait for the loan officer finish plucking at his/her calculator :twisted: .

Or you could simply make up a pocket excel spreadsheet using the PMT function. Impress your friends.
