ACTIVE SYNC interfering with Internet Explorer

Just today--everytime I put my Siemens SX56 in its cradle for sync--I cannot access Internet pages without getting page cannot be found pager error on my computer. Anyone else experience this?

If you're not using 3.7.1, download 3.7.1 from http://www.pocketpc.com and see if it helps.

If you drop to the command line, and type "ping www.yahoo.com", do you get a response?

After I sent question, I uninstalled and reinstalled Active Sync 3.7.1 which I already had for a while now and problem resolved, but it was very annoying and never happend before.
