Just thought some in Canada might be interested that Microsoft Streets and Trips 2004, along with Pocket Streets is at Staples/Business Depot for 29.95 CAD. ( 59.95 less $15 mail in less $15 instant rebate).

Not a bad deal...

I paid ~ $35CAD after rebate at Future Shop around three months ago.
