Can anyone give me a FREE alternative to "Remover"?

I found this device Remover (http://www.freewareppc.com/utilities/remover.shtml) to be great in removing extra junk and stuff from downloads, large files, etc. except it stopped working. I took it off and reapplied it to my Dell but no success. So now I need something else. Can you help????

You need to redownload the new version from the site. Think the developer has some thing on it so you must download the new version (please correct me if im wrong)

Last version is 1.19.4 and will work until 01/2004.
Author is preparing a shareware 2.0 version.
