Hi All,

Is there anywhere in the world that sells an active (powered) car mount for the 1940?

Kind regards,

David

Thanks for your tips guys. However, I don't think I was specific enough.I'm actually looking for a mount where the power is provided by the cradle itself (not a cable you have to plug in). I.e. something that's like the PC sync cradle provided by the manufacturer - you just slot it in and it starts charging.

The trouble with most mounts out there (all the ones I could find on those sites) is that you have to put the PDA in the mount, then manually attach the power cable. Surely I might just as well then just buy a 'dumb' mount and just plug in the car charger cable myself?

Anyone know if these things exist?

Thanks again.

Dave

I'm not sure if it fits the 1900, but you might want to check Tom tom's web site. I seem to remember they came out with one.

Sorry: I checked the site today and although it seems to be what you are looking for, they do not make one for the 1900 yet.
