Use USB Keybaord and Belkin G700 keyboard the same time

I bought a Toshiba Expansion pack that adds the VGA and USB port; I plan to use the USB port for my USB Mouse and its original Toshiba connector for my Belkin G700 keyboard. However, when the USB Expansion pack is attached, the G700 keyboard stop responding, although activeSync with the host PC still works with the expansion pack on. My Pocket PC is a Toshiba E755 w/ PPC 2003, any help would be appreciated.
