Essentials for Refurb 5455?

I know I've asked before, but what are must-haves for a Refurb 5455. I oredered the WM2003 upgrade. Should I wait to install it before I add any new programs.

Sorry to answer your second question with a question, but how soon is the upgrade coming? The upgrade will force you to re-install all of your programs. So if it is coming in a few days, then maybe wait. I don't think I could wait, but that is me. It is now the weekend, so unless you are receiving the upgrade CD on Saturday...

I upgraded to WM2003 but had to wait for what seemed like forever for the CD to arrive. The only disappointment I've had with WM2003 is the infamous alarm problem. So you may want to do a search here & elsewhere for possible solutions. For myself, I'm using ATalarm from atechware.com. That is my essential since the upgrade.
