Hello

I have PPC 2003. I am looking for a wireless network scanning tool for PPC 2003 (HP iPaq 5550).

I work in a 12 storey building with 3 access points. I want to roam the building seeing how strong the signal from each of them are, so that I can move them into the best position for coverage.

There's a few post here on this subject, but PocketWinC and Pocket Warrior are good products.

There's Airscanner as well...free. If you have a 'few' extra dollars to spare, try Airmagnet.

Airscanner currently only works on 2002 models. Nothing yet for 2003.

Pocket WiNc is what I use with my Dell CF card, and MiniStumbler is also a popular application.

Walk down the street, too. Looking for networks is really fun. :D
