<a href="http://pocketinformant.com/TodayPlugin.php">http://pocketinformant.com/TodayPlugin.php</a><br /><br />Pocket Informant has a plugin they are now officially promoting. It was developed by a Pocket Informant user. We mentioned it a few months ago <a href="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=16700">in this thread</a>.<br /><br /><img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/hansberry/2003/20031016-pitodayplugin.jpg" /><br /><br />Some of the features include: <br /><br />• Icons*can be arranged to match the tab order in PI, or turned off individually.<br />• The ability to display up to two PI category icons per task or appointment, as well as attached icons.<br />• You can start a PI search, using the subject from a displayed item, directly from the Today screen.<br />• You can delete and beam items directly from the Today screen. Tasks can be marked as complete on the Today screen.<br />• You can display up to 31 days items, and can scroll the Today screen if more space is required.<br />• The space taken on the Today screen can be adjusted.<br />• ClearType support.<br /><br />It is free and works on Pocket PC 2002 and 2003 devices. It would probably be a good idea to have the latest version of Pocket Informant installed as well.

Wow! 8O

This is great. AF is behind in this area.... they just use your current Today theme for your agenda view in their program, but it is not a real plugin.

This makes PI that much more attractive......

I've been waiting for this exact plugin for a long time, and I'm glad someone finally made it. However, I just installed it and it doesn't seem to work properly, very buggy. None of my all-day events show up in the calendar and none of my tasks show up. Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't figure it out.

Well, it's important to note that this plugin is in pre-beta so it's bound to be buggy in some places. Alex @ PI has created a forum specifically for Deje and this plugin on the Pocket Informant forums (http://www.pocketinformant.com/Forums/viewforum.php?f=15&sid=1b1b0ab30f5a11e88ff3c684264ff2f5). If you have a second, pop by there and post your issue. Deje is pretty responsive and updates do come out fairly frequently.

OK, so the program is buggy, but I realised that the default filter hides everything. That's why nothing showed up. Still, things seem to be working weird.

Great! Now if only they would make a version that would work with Pocket PC 2000. Or, better yet, if only I had the $ to buy a new Pocket PC...

BTW (off-topic, but related to my comments above), is the Pocket PC 2002 upgrade for the iPAQ 3650 still available from Compaq? Last time I checked, I wasn't able to find it anywhere on either their old site or on the new HP site. I'm actually thinking of upgrading now... Too late, perhaps?

I agree. I've been waiting for AF to have this plug-in. If v1 for PI comes out and there's still no word from AF, I might just switch over to PI.

Now I'm thinking of staying with version .1002, it behaves nicely for me.

This is a wonderful plug in, even in an alpha version.
It takes a little fiddling to work, and for some reason, it's first set so anything with a category is filtered out.
