Hi

I was in Bulgaria last week on business and used my iPAQ3850 for taking notes and listing to do's.

One of the engineers in Sofia was amazed at my Targus Pocket Keyboard and was interested in purchasing a PDA of his own. However he said the cost in Bulgaria is 600-700 US Dollars.

Maybe I am imagining things but I thought Pocket PC Thoughts had a story some weeks ago about a PDA that had been released in Russia for the equivalent of 200-300 US Dollars.

If this is the case this device may appeal to the guy in Bulgaria as my guess is it will support Cyrillic localisation.

Can anyone point me to the article I saw?

Martin

There are several European low cost models such as Yakuma, NEC and acer. You might be able to find english version and instal Russian localisation. Those models range from 300 to 500 euro.

He can also get Asus A620 for less than $400USD apparently.
