Hello!

Here are the two dipictions of the iPAQ 6555 and 6565, it looks as though the 6565 has the ruberized grips on 3 sides, cool eh?

They look similar to the 1945, but with an iTASK button, and wifi button/light maybe on the left side? The cradle is also reminisant of the older style Compaq cradles.

:D What do you think?

I think these could be feasable, I sure want one!

In my opinion, a high end product must appear professional, powerful, extravagant, and extraordinary.

The pictures above look similar to the low end 19xx series. Especially the button arrangement.

No buy.

I thought they looked awkward too.

Do you think these are fakes?

That's what I've been waiting for! I've been planning to hold onto my trusty 3850 until the converged device that I really want comes out and the iPAQ 6000 series just might be it!
BTW Justin, I might have to change my sig to Honda_Element_EX sometime next week! :D

The photos do really look fake, but my inner optomist says that they are mock-ups of the future device. Right? Please?

Hmm....

They look like low powered 1945s. But they do have the 4000 series based on the 1900 series!?!?

Maybe there will be a 6000 series one day!! :D maybe, that would be the coolest.

-Justin.

Getting the element maybe? Hmm. Interesting Vehicle! But for now, lets talk iPAQ 6000

Those are badly done Photoshop fakes - you can tell what's been added on and what was original on the image. The 6000 series might indeed look like that, but those are not HP original spec designs.

Damn,

Maybe they will be an inspiration for the 6000!!! :D :D

And to think that we were so easily led by this fake image. I was sure fooled. :(

LOL.. I can't believe how easily you guys have been gypped. The cheezy old cradle should have been enough to give it away! :)

BTW HP Pleeeeeeeease bring back the stylus holder in the cradle. I do miss it so.

Well, if you really really want to have a hole to on the cradle where you can insert your stylus, a hot soldering iron will do the trick. he heh.

My first thought was "Hey, they look like they will fit in the old iPAQ 3000 series expansion jackets." My second thought was, "Fake!".

Hey, they arent mine, I found on this one site. I thought this may arouse some discussion.

Believe you me, I know they are fakes but wasnt it a tad bit exciting at first, and then, ah, reality sets in.

Thanks for posting the pictures, Honda! They may be fakes, but at least they're something to talk about. HP might stay stuck in the "H1910 design rut" for a few years  , so this is possible.
