Hi.

I bought a 2210 back in July and I'm really happy with it, except I only just got around to testing out the headphone socket and it doesn't work! You have to hold the plug in to get sound in both earpieces. It isn't the headphones, because I've tried others.

I was wondering what the turnaround in the UK is for repairs because I want to listen to music with my headphones now, but I cant bear to be without my lovely 2210!

Just as an aside, are HP not going to release another Ipaq with dual expansion slots? I wouldn't touch a PPC without them. Just my two bobs worth tho!

I had a problem with my 2210 in August. HP collected on Tuesday, returned Friday.

Very Impressed :D

Not bad, eh! Thanks, I'll probably give them a bell tomorrow!

Slightly different problem - my adapter stopped working; they collect on Friday and brought back on a Tuesday. 6 WEEKS later. Don't get me started on the calls I made and the lack of results I got.

Suffice to say if I have to send my paq back, fair enough, I'll wait for it's return - and if that's quick then great. ;)

...two bobs worth... ...bell then...

Someones very English, I am english too, now residing in Canada. I have always said

"must give them a ring tomorrow", never a bell, since when have they started using that term?

LOL :D
