:soapbox:
How many of you here have had a Nokia HDW-2 bluetooth headset, aint it great??? not. One word. Earloops.

For most who have had this headset those earloops breaking make a very expensive device totally worthless. Mine kept breaking and I used it twice and have a hardcase for it and everything yet they still break. You then phone nokia who inform you that you have to take them to a service centre to have them replaced. you cant buy them and you cant post them, for me this is a little journey 60 miles for 20p worth of plastic.

Then I thought "bugger this, im quitting" and sold it on ebay (actually made a profit on a 2nd hand unit) and bought myself a lovely new Jabra BT200. Now this is good, no parts to break and as good in all the same ways, BUT. You get 2 spare mini gels.

So you can loose these, what you do??? Email Jabra, ask them for more and a little pack of them comes to me FREE and without question.

So...

Jabra customer service=GOOD
Nokia customer service=VERY BAD AND STUPID, THEY ARE STUPID HEADS!
