I've read on Microsofts website that for Pocket PC 2002 there are end user updates availble from the Manufacturer. Any idea if Casio has made this for for E-125?

Thanks,

Bryan

E125 does not run Pocket PC 2002. There are no end user updates that have not already been released.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Does the E-125 use the Windows CE 3.0 OS? If so, according to the MS website, all the Microsoft Plus and Theme Editor software should work. Any idea why it doesn't? I have already installed the 1.04 update and the Service pack 1.

Thanks,

Bryan

I know Theme editor will not work on your PDA because themes became available with Pocket PC 2002.

Windows CE 3.0 is also known as Pocket PC 2000.

As for Microsoft Plus, I believe it is also for PPC 2002 and above.

Windows CE 3.0 is also known as Pocket PC 2000.

That's not QUITE true, AFAIK. The Pocket PC OS's are subsets of the related CE OS's... they're not identical.

Some websites say that the E-125 has the PC2002 OS which was really confusing. Is there any way I can install some sort of background image into my today screen?

I have tried TDYIMAGE, but that was a sad excuse for a background image program. It just put the image at the bottom of the screen, not really a background image.

Thanks guys! I'm still learning.

Try Pocket Facelift by Novosec... (http://www.pocketfacelift.com/)

It will allow you to use themes on older devices...

Thanks! Program worked great! It slowed the system down slightly, but well worth it in my opinion.

I was only able to download the trail version which I'm not sure what options it is limited to.

Now, any idea what's a good image viewer program for JPG's which is freeware?

Thanks again,

Bryan
