can you proof read you post, i can not understand what you are trying to say, AIM UK 2.0 is free, there are no monthly fees, for some reason the US version costs a one time fee of 19$, but the UK version is the same

simply google "aim ce uk" and download the free version

Is it different? :? I downloaded the US one for free before they started charging for it. I'm wondering if my version is different than the UK version. 8O

We are talking about two different things here:

New! AOLŪ 2.0 for Pocket PC 2002 by America Online, Inc. Downloadable Price: $19.95

New! AOLŪ Instant Messenger 2.0 for Pocket PC 2002 by America Online, Inc. Downloadable Price: $19.95

If I were a current AOL customer, I would complain. There is no reason you should have to pay for the same service (or access to the service) twice...

Steve

(And yes, the free UK version of AIM is the same as the $20.00 US version)

Hmm... I didn't know that AOL offered a regular version for Pocket PCs. What I meant was the AIM 2.0 USA free version. Sorry.
