When I do a reset I get a message come up saying Calendar Flash Manager - The backup region is full. Please remove some items and then reset the device otherwise the device will stop updating the backup process.

What does this mean and how can I resolve it?

I asked in another post a few days ago, but no one has answered.

There's a ROM update available that actually removes the whole in-memory backup feature (which I never understood) and thus removes the message. You back everything up using the backup utility to the Compaq File Store or an external storage card.

Thanks. I tried it, but I'm still having the same problem.

If I can figure out how to hard reset, I guess that's my only option.
