Has anyone upgraded from Quicken 2003 to 2004. Is it worth it?

I'm still using Quicken 2001. I see no reason to switch--I like what I have! The only reason I upgraded from Quicken 2000 was because when my bank finally started allowing me to download my transactions directly through quicken, it was only compatible with 2001. But why pay all that money for new software when my current version has everything I need and plenty I don't even use?

I actually upgraded. I do it every 2 years, 2000, 2002 and now 2004. The interface is definitely changed from 2002. Since I have only been using it a couple of days, can't tell if I actually like it better. It connects with no problems to Pocket Quicken, and I am able to update with the Quicken server with no issue. Not sure what 2003 had in it, but again, I also don't like wasting my money and feel that upgrading every 2 years is better for me.

That was my thinking also, upgrading every 2 years. But I just wanted to hear other opinions.....

I actually upgraded.

Does it ship with Pocket Quicken for Pocket PCs on the CD? Quicken XG had it for palm, but the Pocket PC version wasn't out yet at the time.

Not sure if it does ship with Pocket Quicken, naturally I was fixing an issue and directly downloaded it. I'm betting that it probably doesn't though since they are 2 different companies. Still no issues, but it is taking me a while to get used to the "new" interface.
