Has anyone had a good experience with the thera and especially with Audiovox??? My watcher software just locks up (cannot send or receive) & Verizon blames Audiovox & Audiovox blames Sierra & on & on. I'm about ready to give up and go to the SAmsung. :(

Audiovox support isn't very good. The people seem to be just as clueless as we can be when we have problems. When I once e-mailed to see if my Pocket PC supported Fast IR, they replied asking me to test it and let them know. :roll:
