3970 Problem

I went to the Moblie & Wireless Road show here in NYC and i won a 3970 Ipaq..They want me to pay the full anit for the upgarde to 2003 from 2002. Is there any body that has the New version that is willing to sewnd it to me. I'm out of work right now and don't have the money for the forseeable future. If not at least can someone show me where i might be able to find it

You dont need 2003 for your unit to work so I would count my blessings and be happy that you did win a free Ipaq.
