Sync a different calendar

I'm setting up an iPaq for my boss but have run into a problem. We use a groupware style calendar that is accessed through Outlook so the normal Outlook calendar is empty.

How can I tell activesync to point to this calendar instead of the default, and if I can't is there another sync package out there that will allow this?

Try this: Pocket Lookout. Pocket Lookout from Vonken Software allows your to view, edit and sync ALL your MS-Outlook items on your Pocket PC like multiple e-mail, contacts, notes, calendar, journal and task folders.
Including sub-, personal and public folders.

I just tried that and it looks like a great program but I need something that will sync directly into the regular calendar on the iPaq instead of in it's own program. I think I'm going to try Intellisync and see if it will work. I seem to remember being able to do this with my palm.
