View Full Version : Friend bought a V35; where's a good one-stop beginner's guide?

A friend of mine just got a new V35 as his first PDA. I'm helping him out a bit getting it set up, but I was wondering if there was a good guide or FAQ for the beginner.

Yes, the User Manual. But the manual doesn't tell you how to fix the "close button that doesn't close" (stupid Microsoft, stupid, stupid, stupid), how to overclock, or what some of the best apps are.

He's happy as heck with it, so I'm not going to tweak out his machine unless it gets bogged down with typical Windows CE "beginner's debree" (temp files, leftovers from bad app removals, etc.) But I would like to delay that time if I can.

My last PDA was a Jornada 568, and, oh my, the screen on the V35... 8O I can't wait until Christmas.

Hello,
Just a short while back I asked pretty much the same question.
