I did a Search for "linux ipaq" and found a few things. Here's a cool thread about putting Linux on an Axim. I don't know if you can do the same thing to a 3670.

Well, here it is: http://opie.handhelds.org/

Tip: At the bottom of the front page there is a little bar that says "page 1 of 2." If you click on page 2 it shows some of the older news. The Linux front page post is still there. On the top left of the front page is a link called "archives" which keeps even older posts.

Heads up: Opie on a 3670 is much slower than Pocket PC on the same unit. I tried it and reverted to Pocket PC. But if you're more comfortable working with Linux than I am, go for it.

Yeah, Opie on my 3630 is slower too. In fact since I've moved on to PPC2003 it seems to me that PPC2000 was actually faster, which is quite weird. Anyways, the programs on Opie are rather unpolished compared to PPC at the moment.

Which, imo, is one of the biggest reasons holding Linux back from the masses.
