I received a notice from Barnes and Noble today indicating that they are discontinuing sales of e-books, leaving Amazon as the only mainstream outlet for e-books. B&N, however, said that they would allow purchasers to download previously purchased e-books from their site for the next 90 days.

Not a good development for e-book lovers like me.

Have you tried Palm Reader? I think it's much better myself.

I would but right now, I have so many applications loaded onto my iPAQ that I don't have room to add anything else. I suppose I could load it onto a storage card and run it from there.

I just switched from a palm to a 2215(sorry I didn't do it sooner) and I have alot of palm based e-books, do you know if palmreadser for ppc can read those books, or di I have to re-download or, even worse re-buy those books?

Yup. Ed is working on a front-page rant about it now. ;-)
