ı have bought an axim barely used full box all acc. nylons inc.
he says he bought it 2 months ago

so it has to be pxa 255 ı think

but in system about informaion there is only pxa 250 statement rom version is A0

on the box it says ENG C1-2 (main box)

is there any way to learn it without making an rom update
can learn with serial number the purcahse date etc?

I'd have to question the purchase date based on that ROM and CPU version. You can easily update the ROM version, but obviously not the CPU.

I would think you would need the seller's Dell ID and password to verify the purchase date. Perhaps he\she would provide that to you with the understanding that he\she would immediately change the password. The other option is for the seller to log into Dell with their ID and password and then get you a screenshot of their purchase history.....I bought my Dell in December of last year and all of the purchase details are still available.

Hope this helps,
KCT

Go to Start--Settings-System-About.

You'll learn about which processor you have, PXA250 or PXA355.

ı have found the solution!!

A0 rom doesnt know pxa 255 it says pxa 250
A3 says pxa 255
A1 says pxa 250 stepping C1

this is the cause
