Just substitute "soft reset" for "reboot".

Actually, in Dell's case, they don't mess around with a soft reset - it's straight to the HARD RESET before they'll do anything.

They even wanted me to hard reset my Axim when my folding keyboard physically broke.

Give me a break! If this is for real, we have no hope left in this industry...

Actually, I am sure Bill Gates and his band of merry lawyers at Microsoft will step in and explain that if it were not for Windows, there would never be a need to "reboot", therefore DELL is profiting from the Research and Development of Microsoft engineering and that whatever profits DELL obtains from such scandalous activity will have to be awarded to Microsoft.

Yeah, I saw that after I finished reading the article... I am a hot blooded Italian from New York... What do you expect - for me to read everything and then react...

8) No, we Italian New Yorkers react first, ask questions later...

Special thanks to Nikolaj Borg

A Borg wrote that report ! It (he ??) must have been disconnected from the collective for an extended period of time, hence lost his sense and perception :p

BBspot is a superb, superb parody site. It's considered the technology equivalent of the Onion. Check out some of the other articles. I'm not a huge parody fan myself, but BBspot gets me laughing every time. I mean, "SpamAssassin Unveils New HomeAssassin Product for Unwelcome Visitors." (http://www.bbspot.com/News/2003/08/assassin.html) Or "Microsoft to Continue Rolling Blackouts Until Blaster Worm Eradicated." (http://www.bbspot.com/News/2003/08/blaster.html) That's simply brilliant!

I love BBspot and The Onion. I really like satirical humour. That's also why I like the Daily Show on Comedy Central.
