Problems with 'tweaks2k2'

I'm using 'tweaks2k2' on my iPAQ h5550.

The installation is fine, but when I click on the tweaks2k2 icon it says' there is no application associated with...Run the application first. :(

I've also installed the 'run time' files which I thought might help. I've uninstalled it all and reinstalled three times now and I'm still having problems

Any suggestions anyone...?

I had the same problem with my 3950 and finally gave up. Never could figure out what was happening.
