Yep. Mine comes in a couple of days. From all reports these are brand new even though described as 'refurbed'.

Mine seems to be refurbished, though in excellent condition. Unit looks fine, but the paprework that came with it is xeroxed.

The CD that came with it didn't indicate WM2003 so I spent a lot odf time trying to dig up the now drivers. Hint: Even though my 2215 has HP on the top and the keyboard has HP on the top, I couldn't find anything on it until I went to the Compaq support link on HP's site. Guess even HP can't remember they make iPAQs now. There are WM2003 drivers available, and they work fine.

Is this keyboard stable enough to allow you to type with it on your lap?

not by itself... it IS a folding keyboard after all... ;) But if you place it on sturdy book, it works fine.
