:?: Does anyone know if I upgrade my iPAQ 5455 to Windows Mobile 2003, do I have to use Activesync 3.7? Currently my work computer only has Activesync 3.5 and I cannot add ANY software to my work laptop.

yes - it says it requires 3.7. i don't know if there are any ways around it...
