:( I've had the new H2215 for about a month now and really love this small and powerful device. Wondering, though, if anyone else has had a power problem.
What's happening is the the unit won't turn on after even a day, won't even start to charge when in the cradle or separately plugged in. Then if I do a soft reset-the unit HARD RESETS!
Fortunately. I'm a devout beleiver in backups. But after charging syncing and using another day it does the same thing.
HP is sending me a shipping box to return for service and telling me 3-5 business days after I send it.
I haven't noticed any other posts re: this issue-hoping it's a fluke. Until the box comes I'm going to use it without loading any other software to see if may be a third-party app that's draining the unit.
