(Thanks to those of you who responded to my post regarding TextMaker...I decided that I'll just use Pocket Word for now, and pocket the $35 sale price for TextMaker.)
I am having a slight problem -- a slight annoyance -- with Pocket Word. Each time I start-up the program (using an icon on my Today screen). Pocket Word starts-up but throws this error message at me: "Unable to open the document. The document does not exist." I click "Ok" and then I see a directory of Word documents I've created on my PPC. I can select a filename and the document opens as expected.
Why does this happen? When starting the Pocket Word program, I am expecting to have Pocket Word show me the filenames on my PPC, but not tell me that it can't open an unspecified document, especially since I haven't asked Pocket Word to open any document! I just was starting-up the program!
