Hi,

what are the hardware-differences between the models

iPAQ 2200
iPAQ 2210
iPAQ 2215
iPAQ 2220

Has someone any information about the differences?

Regards,
Manuel

Manuel,

In the States we only have the 2210 and 2215. They are identical the only difference being sold via HP's business (10) line vs. consumer (15). I suspect the others are similar for the 'foreign' market.

Cheers,

Mike

Hi,

thanks for your information.

Are there any rumors about a 2230 or other replacement for the 221x?

Are there any hardware-quirks found in the 221x?

Regards,
Manuel

Are there any rumors about a 2230 or other replacement for the 221x?

New iPAQ model (or modelS ?) will be released for Christmas : 4000 or 4100 series...

The 221x is one of the latest iPAQ released and I don't see why HP should replace it so soon...
And it is a fantastic PPC and selling very well !

the 2200 series came out 2 months ago... even if it sucked they wouldn't be releasing something else untill another 4-5 months but it's doing VERY well (almost everyone i know wants or already has one)

Usually (at least in the U.S.) "2200" is used to refer to this whole iPAQ series, the 2210 and 2215. I'm not aware of an actual model 2200 either in the U.S. or elsewhere.
