Hello everyone,

I saw the H1910 battery on clearance for $29 at my local electronic store. Both are 900 omhs and has the same number of pins. The only difference is the two plastic knob which act to secure it in the slot which I don't is very important because the battery slot is very tight. Has anyone try to cut the plastic knobs off and use it for the H2215? $29 is a good deal compares to $49:-)

They are different batteries and are not interchangable. The connectors are in a different (slightly) location and thus wont work :(

Tmoth,

Hmmmm....are you sure that the connectors are different? I've actually compared them out of the package side by side and I swear the connectors are in the same place....hmmm...I need to look at it again. The only difference is the placement of the plastic knob.

Believe me they are different...I returned one already. I felt totally "dumb" because the 1910 batteries were next to the 2200 batteries at Fry's Electronics. Check the plastic nubs and the connectors...they are different.

Hope this helps.
