Anyone know how to make Today Skins designed for WM2003? These are the today skins like Spiral, and the skins on the MS website, which can change your start menu text color, change the color of the "right click" selecting circle, and change the color of the gradients in applications such as Calendar. I have not found any new Theme Generator, but maybe I'm just missing something- hope someone can clue me in :)
