Installing a certificate for EAP-TLS

Has anyone been able to install a personal certificate on PPC 2003 for use with EAP-TLS? I can't use web enrollment because the PPC browser does not support the page.

When I try to export the cert from IE on the PC and then transfer it to the PPC, clicking on it installs it in the root store and not the personal store.

I just got my iPaq h5550 and it has all the 802.1x EAP-TLS options, but there is not a shred of documentation on how to install a cert.

We are trying to get 802.1x with PEAP working. Everything works fine on W2K but PPC 2003 is a nightmare. There is no documentation and the CF manufacturer's don't have any drivers.

We did try socket and that hasn't worked. It sounds like anyone who is using a CF card with PPC 2003 is not using any of the new security features of 802.1x with any success.
