I just ordered an 802.11 CompactFlash card for my Axim. My main reason for doing this is to be able to plug the Axim into any stereo in the house, and play MP3s which reside on the network. Does anyone have any advice about how to set this up?

What mp3 player works best for this? Is there a program that lets you set up playlists on a desktop PC, then run that playlist from the PPC? Can anyone point me to a tutorial that shows how to share drives or anything?

What's a good bitrate that the PPC can handle, assuming I have unlimited space on the network? Is VBR encoding okay?

Also, is there any way to stream internet stations? (I contacted live365.com, and they told me "Live365 for PocketPC" was discontinued and would not be developed further unless there was demand for it. So, if this appeals to anyone, reply to this message and help me build support for that great music community!

Any help is appreciated. Thanks for your time!
