Has anyone had any luck finding a good task switcher for the h2210.
I like Wisbar Advance, but it doesn't show the connection status icon.

I like Wisbar Advance, but it doesn't show the connection status icon.

I love Pocket Plus by Spb Software because of its minimal impact on the PocketPC 2002 interface, but of course it doesn't work yet on the h2210 because it also extends alert and reminder functions, and that causes hell with Windows Mobile 2003.

Has anyone tried MagicButton on the h2210? That might be worth a try.

The one that's included in Battery Pack (Power Task) is quite good. It works on both PPC 2002 and 2003. No issues on the 2215.

Icbar is a nice switcher (a cross between WisBar and Gigabar). You can view the connection icon and set it up so that it will run the WLAN manager.

I'm not a newbie. Anyone ever been to Brighthand? ;)

It doesn't prove you're not a newbie, it only proves you never shut up. ;)

Doesn't the 2210 come with iTask? My 3870 does, and it provides all the task switching capabilites that I need.

A whole button dedicated to itask is rather a waste though. I'm using it for voice recording.

Just wondering. Is this an acknowledged bug in Pocket Plus, and is Spb working on a fix?

Jason acknowledged it (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=14541&start=50#137172); no time frame on the fix, but I bet it won't be long.

God, I hope so. I haven't even completed the trial yet, but that's one app that's worth buying, imo.

I've been using a simple little program called "Go!" for quite some time now. Just load it up in the startup folder. It replaces the window flag next to the Start Button at the top left with a "Go" button. It's always visible and doesn't require any buttons. Just click on it and it gives you the option to either close that program, close all, close all except current, and allows you to task switch. That's all...

Well, you could put iTask in your Start Menu. Personally, I think a button dedicated to iTask is worth it, though.

Never heard about it before... sounds like the XP-start app, but I found that not working very well...
