Can someone please tell me how to launch Pocket Informant from dashboard?

I don't have Dashboard loaded anymore, but I believe you take care of this within PI.

Do you have the "Override PIM shortcuts" option enabled? I think that's all you need to do.

Can someone please tell me how to launch Pocket Informant from dashboard?
When asking for help, it would help to know what versions of Dashboard and Pocket Informant you have. Certain levels of Pocket Informant 4 can't be launched from older versions of Dashboard because Pocket Informant changed the mechanism used to work with other programs.

However, there is a registry hack you can use. There's a thread on pocketnow (http://discuss.pocketnow.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13237) that describes how to fix this.
