Samsung A460(Bell) and Toshiba E330..internet???...connectivity??

I have a Samsung A460 with Bell Mobility(Canada) and have a Toshiba E330...I was wondering where I can find data cables to hook it up directly to my phone and use the phone as a modem........Can I dial out to my service provider to use the internet........Is this possible??? How can I accomplish this??

Ohh yea my phone is 1x ready
