2210/2215 Hard reset?

How does one do a full hard reset for the 2210/2215? I know how to do the soft reset (Inserting stylus into reset hole on back). Scoured HP.com site and google'd galore, to no avail.. any help would be greatly appreciated!

press and hold iTask and Calender buttons and hit the reset button, the device will begin to reset but will eventually shut off. Next time you hit the reset button your device will be factory fresh ;)

i thought that was hold the itask and calender and reset button at the sametime till the screen clears (shuts off)... then you press the reset button again to basically wake it up or you can drop it in the cradle to do the samething.
